Your menu looks very low fat. Atkins is a high fat diet and won't work properly if the fat/protein/carb ratio is not close to 65%/30%/5%

Also the bars and shakes are notorious for stopping or stalling weight loss, you should reconsider using them. Or if you do choose to use them, remember that they can possibly derail your weight loss attempt.

Tomato is on the "other" vegetable list. Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans are on that "other list" too. The vegetables on that list are limited to 1 cup, that is as long as the vegetables you eat from the "salad" list do not exceed 2 cups.

Finally, you MUST eat a combination of fat, protein and carb at every meal. Snacks are better high fat and/or protein combinations.

I really think you need to re-read the Acceptable Foods List and the Rules of Induction, because it seems you are a bit confused on the amounts of food you can eat as well as the amounts of fat you are supposed to eat.

Are you still doing Extended Induction? Just have to ask because my answer may be different if you are doing OWL or E.I.? If you are doing EI, I'd agree with everything Megs said.
