Here is my menu for tomorrow. It seems like a lot of food. Is it? Im a 24 year old female, 5"8, currently weighing 160 lbs. I'm exercerising daily.
Breakfast
4 eggs
5 slices bacon
coffee w/ 1tbsp cream & 3 drops liquid splenda
Snack
2 cheese sticks
Lunch
1 cup salad with dressing
2 chicken breasts
1 oz chedder cheese
Dinner
4 eggs
1 quarter pound beef patty
Snack
sliced turkey with lettuce & mayonaise
1 oz chedder cheese
lots of water
