Ok here's my menu for yesterday:
Breakfast:
Two boiled eggs decaf coffee one tablespoon of cream
Snack
2 oz cheese
Lunch
115 g tinned tuna
1 tablespoon mayo
1 cup lettuce
Dinner
Salmon fillet 120g
1 tablespoon mayo
Runner beans
1 cup lettuce
Herbal teas throughout the day plus 3 liters of water
Any good? xx
