Hello all,
I am new to the board. Started atkins 5 days ago. I think I am doing pretty good. Would like some input on my menu, to see if I am following as good as I think I am. Any help would be great. Thanks.
Breakfast:
2 deviled eggs
3 sl. bacon
Lunch:
Hamburger patty with cheese
1 cup of asparagus
Dinner
Steak
2 cup salad with cucumbers
itailian dressing, no sugar added
snack:
1oz. cheddar cheese
5 olives
That is a sample menu. I am feeling very good. The first couple of days were rough as I gave up caffine cold turkey(uhg). I am drinking 64+ oz. of water daily. I am also taking a mulitvitamin.Thanks
