    Welcome to day 2

    Yes it is a pretty good menu
    With the exception of cheese - too much cheese. Most of your carb is coming from cheese and salad dressings - you have to reduce those. As I may have mentioned in my post for your DAY ONE - cheese is limitied to 3-4 oz and even for those amounts we have to careful. You had 5 oz of cheese.
    You are still eating proteins that may have sugar added (like the sausages) So watch out for those.

    Good work on adding more veggies.

        Water is good.
        Probably around tomorrow you should be hitting ketosis. Just watch those sugars and reduce them a bit more.

          No where near enough vegetables. MOST of your net carbs should be coming from Induction vegetables.

          Yesterday you had only have 12 net carbs and not a single vegetable. Atkins is about the vegetables!!!!

          Today you only have 13.6 carbs accounted for ... you need to get the 20 net ...

            AtkinsGal I appreciate your viewpoint but here at ADBB we do not require people to eat 20 carbs on induction. It is perfectly by the rules to measure three cups of veggies and eat those carbs no matter how many (but under 20) or how few they end up being.

            Also - cooked spinnach is a veggies. I discussed this menu with privette yesterday and she has improved her veggie intake now having about 3 cups which is what we are supposed to eat.
