Breakfast - Decaf coffee with 1 tsp cream and 2 splenda packets. 2 eggs and 2 breakfast sausage links scrambled.
Lunch: Atkins shake (strawberry!)
Dinner: Chicken tenders sauteed in 1tbsp olive oil with 3/4 cup mixture of mushrooms and onions. Side: 1 1/2 cups green salad (romaine, spinach, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 stalk celery) with sugar free (0 carb) ranch dressing.
Either 1/2 atkins bar or low carb ice cream bar (net 3 carbs) later if I get a sweet craving.
90-120 oz of water per day.
I walk a mile 4 X week.
