  • day 2 - what do you think?

    Today was day one but this is what I am eating tomorrow. its made and in the fridge so please let me know your thoughts because its still not to late to fine tune the menu...

    Breakfast - 1 slice of Spinch, mushroom and cheese quishe from Linda's website, three slices of ham

    Lunch - 2 salmon muffins from Linda's site and 1 cup salad with oil and vinger dressing

    Dinner - 2 cup salad with hamburger meat, cheese, tomotoes, sour cream (1.5 tbs) and sulsa (2 tbs)

    afternoon Snack - 1 cup zuccinni (sp), sliced ham

    I dont have a morning snack as I eat between 8 and 9 am and have lunch at 12.

    Drinks - Water, water, water and 2 coffees, decafe with cream
    I am not fat, I am fluffy....

    Weight - 167 LBS
    Current - 161 LBS
    Goal - 117 LBS to 110 LBS

    Well I sure like that.
    It is nice. Are you going to use and on line food counter like fitday?

    My small concertn is the ham and zucchini snack - any fat added in there somewhere.

    Still eat slow and let your stomack guide you. And if you need to eat more because you get hungry - do have a fat/protein snack.

      How about 1tbs of cream cheese with the zucchini and ham?

      I want to use fitday.com but I found I have to add each thing item by item so its easier for right now to just right it down until i get into the swing of things

        You mean for a recipe like salmon cakes?
        You can find how much each serving has and make a custum entry. But yeah if you rather not that is fine too.
        Cream cheese would be good or mayo for sure.

        Have you looked into the read the book challenge that is about to start. You seem like a person who would enjoy the company of reading the book with some of us.
