Hi Debbie (from another Debbie) :wave

Your menu looks pretty good. I don't know how many oz. of cheese your slices are. Be real careful. You are only allowed 3-4 oz. cheese/day. I can't have that much because it stalls me. I have about 3 oz. in a week.

Also, watch out for high sodium meats. They cause water retention and can keep you from showing a loss. I'm very prone to water retention so I stay away from pork rinds (just my preference) and extra salt.

Do you have an account at www.fitday.com ? It's free and it really keeps things in perspective. You can keep track of just about everything on there.

    You're doing great!!! ha

I agree, watch the sodium as it does cause many of us to retain water. Bacon is typically very high in sodium, and I see quite a bit of that on your menu too. Also, make sure that the bacon is not cured in sugar. Otherwise, your menu looks good. I like how you're spreading your veggies out throughout the day. I'm guessing that your fat/protein/carb ratios are pretty good. We want to eat 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs on induction.
