Hi, I'm on day 2 of induction and wondering if any of you atkin's veterans would please let me know if I'm on the right track, or if I need to make any adjustments to my menu? I would really appreciate it!
Today's intake:
Breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled with 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup mushrooms, and 1oz colby jack cheese; and 2 pieces of ham (no sugar or carbs)
Lunch - 1 cup arugula with 1 can tuna and 2 tbsp mayonaise and 1 slice turkey
Dinner - 1 chicken breast with 1 oz cheese and 3/4 cup broccoli with butter; 2 tbsp mayo
Also, is ther a limit on the amount of mayo you can have on induction? Thanks for your help!
