  • Dextrose, corn syrup solids, modified corn starch

I am staring at a package of Honeysuckle White lean turkey Italian Sausage. I want to cook it really really bad.. but being on induction(again)..Idk if I can have those ingridients ever on Atkins. Can someone tell me? Is dextrose sugar?

You don't want to have dextrose, corn syrup solids or modified corn starch at all. Why eat chemically-laden food when there are healthier more natural alternatives?

Yes, dextrose and corn syrup are sugar.
You can probably find sausages without added ingredients ...?

My hubby & I LOVE sausages! We always have. We used to feel guilty eating them because of the fat...now its the *#%^& additives... If you look hard enough, you can prob find sausages that don't have that stuff in them - I did. Sausages really don't need sugar or corn starch!!!
