    Well playing arround with this fitpage so not quite finished, anyway on day 3 and lost 2 1/2 lb !
    and thought i had too much to eat yesterday

    DAY 2
    B 2 FRIED EGGS 2 BACON I MUSHROOM 1/2 TOM
    L 2 PICKLED EGGS, SLICE HAM, LETTUCE,MAYO
    D 2 CHICKEN BREST, GREEN BEANS
    SN EGGS/HAM

    I WASNT HUNGRY, JUST HABIT OF PICKING, WELL LOOKS LIKE MY GOAL WILL BE GETTING CLOSER, HAVING LUNCH WITH FRIENDS TODAY, SO KNOW ILL DEFINATLY NOT CHEAT,
    BUT MAY STRUGGLE TOMORROW, AS HAVE PARTY, AND DOING CHILLI/RICE AND PIZZA! SO DONT WANT ANYONE TO KNOW IM DOING ATKINS, SO HAVE TO DO SOME CHICKEN AS WELL WITH MAYO/SALAD, OR PIC BITS OFF PIZZA LOL

    Use your stomach as your guidance on food. Not your brain. Your brain may have read too many woman magazines and have weird ideas about eating. We need to re educate our brain when we go on Atkins
    I thought to ate OK but probably not enough fat. When you enter that in fitday you will likely find that your fat percentage is relatively low. So have some butter or oil here and there. Also check that the ham does not have sugars. Ham often have sugar or dextrose (which is sugar)
    Eat your three cups of veggies. Two salad cups and one cup from the other list.
