Hoping to have some feedback on my typical menus (2). Usually I alternate my lunchs and dinners (pork, beef and chicken).
TYPICAL MENU 1
B. 2 egss and machaca

S1. Pork rinds (about 30grs)
L. 300grs Beef steak (fat eaten haha) - cup of lettuce and olive oil
S2. Half cann of sardines (oil canned)
D. Roasted Chicken (3 pieces)-cup of lettuce and olive oil
TYPICAL MENU 2
B. 2 eggs and bacon
S1. Pork rinds (about 30grs)
L. pork ribs (about 4) - cup of lettuce and olive oil
S2. Half cann of oil canned tuna
D. Chicken thighs (3 pieces) - cup of lettuce and olive oil
Every day at least 2 lts water and 2 can mineral water (sparkling)
I've done Atkins before, and its my experience that, when I include cheese, or olives, mayo, and so on, I do not loose weight easily. So I am trying to keep it very clean...

Then eat as much meat as you need to not feel hungry anymore (not full or stuffed, just no longer hungry). Your body will tell you how much food it needs - some days it will need more than others.
