    Wow that list from Atkins dot com is weird. We really should not eat beets on induction. I am not sure I can eat beets on OWL - very starchy and make my bloodsugar go wacky. Seriously what are they thinking?

    We follow the 2002 Atkins book here.
    The company that sells bars and shakes with the Atkins label have the right to use the label and to change the diet it looks like. But we are keeping to the last Atkins verion here at ADBB

      They meant beet greens, I guess... but the one who typed that list probably had no clue what beet greens are, so he/she might have thought it's the same stuff as beets... and "greens" is just some unnecessary word there.

          Agreed.

          There's been errors on the Induction food list since August of 2008.

          There's been errors in the carb counter since around 2005.
