    breakfast, porkchops 200grams(284).
    raw Celery 150grams, 22cals.

    lunch 200grams of pink salmon (232cals), 1 slice of butter(100Cals).
    raw spinach, 100grams 25cals.

    Dinner, Bottom round beef 250grams(400cals)
    raw spinach, 100 grams, 25cals.

    snack, 100grams raw spinach.

    around 20 carbs.

    should I be eatting more fat?

    Wow, should I be eatting more??? I have not been feeling the need to eat, since I've been on this diet.


    All this meat is the uncooked weight.

    Were you the one saying you can't lift weights properly since starting Atkins? If you are, and that menu you wrote above is a typical one, then it does not surprise me!

    Your calories are indeed too low. WAY too low! I'd suggest you find your caloric needs using an online BMR calculator. Most people following Atkins can eat a few hundred calories above their BMR and still lose weight. In any case, you should not be eating below 1800-2000 calories. You risk not giving your body proper nutrition, which can screw up your metabolism and also your overall health.

    You wrote 20 carbs... The ones you seem to be counting are total carbs. But on Atkins we are counting only net carbs, which are total carbs minus dietary fiber. You are likely undereating your carbs. Adding more veggie carbs to your menu could actually help with lifting.

    Also... are celery and spinach the only veggies you like? Eating a variety of vegetables would provide your body with better nutrition.

      Yes, that was me, I had a really bad time on monday(lifting), I will try to eat more, today I ate 3 eggs with my porkchop.

      at lunch I will think of something, I will eat more carbs too.
