    Hi Tinker - Liv mentioned you need to check the ingredients of the sausages, the same applies to the beef burgers. I don't know where you live but in UK I don't think ANY of the commercial burgers do not have wheat/starch etc in them, so are not Atkins-friendly
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
