What are the net carbs of each of your menu items?

What's your daily net carb totals? How many net carbs from Induction vegetables?

    More water can't hurt.

That looks pretty good to me. Legal pepperoni can be hard to find, but since you've checked all of your other processed meats closely, I'll assume you checked that too

So you are sure about the Atkins safe? You know all the different words for sugar and starches and you have examined the list of ingredients super carefully? You eat a fair bit of processed meat so this worry me (I don't think pepperoni without sugar really exists). If you can avoid fillers there will be a lot of salts. Single ingredient foods are really so much better for you.

Is the Cheese processed? If is one of those milky processed cheeses, it is not induction legal.

I am not sure that you have enough vegetables in your menu. You should not skimp on them.

And lastly that menu would leave me hungry because it looks low on protein (especially after breakfast) And it is not high enough on fat to compensate.

I like that you have so little artificial sugar in it.
        Good luck on the programme.

It looks pretty good, although it's had to tell without some idea of the carb count, fat count and protein count.
BUT how do you feel. Did you ever get hungry or feel deprived? Did you go to bed wanting to eat the kitchen sink?
Do you use fitday? FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Its a great tool.

              Re: What is your thought?

You should be eating 3 cups of veggies daily on induction/extended induction. Rung 1 of OWL is just like induction, but with more veggies.

You can eat any veggies on the induction list, as long as you limit the "other" veggies to 1 cup/day. Remember to eat fat and/or protein with your veggies to minimize blood-sugar spiking due to the veggie carbs.

I was used to having a meat/protein a starch and a veggie on my plate...if you find your plate is less satisfying without that 3rd item, try 2 veggies There are a lot of recipes that use cauliflower instead of potatoes or rice.
