Ive added more fat to my diet. Is this food OK ?

4 tablespoons butter
3 mugs herbal tea
2 cups mushrooms
200g lean chicken breast
1 tabspoon double cream
7 eggs
3oz cheese
1 tabspoon olive oil
Plus enough water to sink a ship lol
22.2 carbs
4.7 dietary fibre
1629 calories
