    Hi

    Ive added more fat to my diet. Is this food OK ?

    1 cup brussel sprouts
    4 tablespoons butter
    3 mugs herbal tea
    2 cups mushrooms
    200g lean chicken breast
    1 tabspoon double cream
    7 eggs
    3oz cheese
    1 tabspoon olive oil

    Plus enough water to sink a ship lol

    22.2 carbs
    4.7 dietary fibre
    1629 calories

    This was throughout the day.

    How much was fat - in fitday did you check the percentage?

      Hi percentages were

      fat 65%
      proeten 30%
      carbs 5%

          So I think this is pretty good. You have the right portions and the right just about everything.

          To me it is a bit on the boring side. Eating just chicken and bacon would drive me nuts so I would really work on diversity - fish - other types of meats - whatever you may like.
          Also a lot of your fat is coming from dairy sources now and you might want to mix that us a bit.
          Otherwise make sure you enjoy yourself and that you eat enough.

              Newbies should not have the wrong impression that percentages are carved in stone. Assuming isocaloric Induction diets, eating 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs does not guarantee better results than eating 67% fat, 7% carbs, 26% protein or 62% fat, 6% carbs, 32% protein.

              So don't obsess about getting them exactly 65-5-30.
