I asked for thie nutritional menu but it idnt have things broken down. It said the Cesar in whole had 11 carbs....I I just took it. I didnt finnish the whole plate (cuz im still filling full all the time) and i had a grilled chicken breast on top.
So im not sure if that was a good choice to eat.

for lunch---
i had qudoba......I had diced chicken, diced tomato with some onions in it (the mild at Qudoba) half an avocado mashed, chese, a small bit of sour cream.
also not sure if it was a good choice...but im never home in the afternoons...so i kinds have to eat out most of the time. And i cant bring food with me cuz my job doent consist of me being in one place so no microwave or fridge.
just lost of driving.
