  • Went to Noodles and Co.

    I asked for thie nutritional menu but it idnt have things broken down. It said the Cesar in whole had 11 carbs....I I just took it. I didnt finnish the whole plate (cuz im still filling full all the time) and i had a grilled chicken breast on top.

    So im not sure if that was a good choice to eat.

    Fot b-fast that day-

    2 eggs.

    for lunch---

    i had qudoba......I had diced chicken, diced tomato with some onions in it (the mild at Qudoba) half an avocado mashed, chese, a small bit of sour cream.

    also not sure if it was a good choice...but im never home in the afternoons...so i kinds have to eat out most of the time. And i cant bring food with me cuz my job doent consist of me being in one place so no microwave or fridge. just lost of driving.

    I am trying to figure it out. It is not quite clear
    Breakfast
    2 eggs (no fat? no veggies) what did you drink?

    Lunch
    chicken, avocado, cheese, tomato and onion, sour cream
    This sounds OK. There are limits to sour cream and cheese and avocado but if you are within the limits you are fine. Avocado is a good source of fat but cheese and sour cream is not something I would rely on - oils and butters would be better.

    Supper
    ceasar salad with a lot of carbs (no this is not great - croutons would be a no no and so would very sugary dressing. Better to order tossed salad with drissing on the side - and make sure this is a low carb dressing

    Grilled chicken on the top - OK unless it had sugar rub

    My thoughts on your menu:
    Unlclear if you had enough veggies
    I do not think that you are eating enough foods
    You are not getting enough fats I think

    Use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to chart your menu and see if you eat enough and if you eat enough veggies and enough fats.

    Let us know what you drink

    Can you invest in a little food chest where you can have ice packs = that is what I do when I drive and I do drive some. I pack some meat (which I eat cold - I like it), jerky, boiled eggs, some veggies - dips, some cheese - sometimes I make chef salads or meat roll ups - also can pack thermos with soups or broths.
