I seriously doubt you are eating enough food. How many calories are in those menus?

If you are constantly undereating, you will slow down your metabolism... which will act against your weight loss efforts. Plus, you will be missing many vitamins and minerals from your diet, which will do your overall health no good.

You should eat more if you feel hungry. Let your body be your guide. If you make the right food choices your body will work with you. Personally I would eat a bit more at breakfast - important meal that one. I would also make sure that I get in some fat - like oils and butters when I prepare things.
You can run your menu through FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to see how your are doing.

And I like that you have no franken foods and no sweeteners. That is good. Drink plenty of water too.

Re: Please help check my menu

I ran Day One (with some guess-timating of portions where not specified) through Nutrition Data. Assuming 2T of butter is being used each time its use is indicated, I've got 1165 calories for the day - I would be starving and b-word-y by the afternoon snack.

For one, eat 2 egg cups in the morning. For two, get a small, soft cooler bag that you can insert a chemical chill pack into. Use that to keep sliced, cooked meat and a nice, fatty salad dressing (olive oil, sour cream or mayo-based) cool for your lunch.
