    Alright time to be meticulous here. Please review



    I am back to induction because I have been sooooooooo sloppy lately, and even though I have been in ketosis for months, all the weight I have lost has come back. I have been overeating for sure.

        What are trying to be? A poster boy/girl for Atkins????
        That was just about perfect
        Now your net carbs from veggies are a bit low so you may want to mix up some days and have other veggies as well.

          Thanks. I love to cook extravagant low carb meals. Unfortunately, I am sure that is the reason I haven't been loosing. So, now I am going to keep it simple and stick with the basics.
