Hi! I believe that you are eating all induction friendly food, the only thing I don't know what is in is the broccoli bake. Anyways, are you eating 20 or less NET carbs per day?

You should really enter your food in the raw state as much as possible ... for example, your eggs should be eggs, whole, raw ... and then how many and what size. Even for the egg white.
Is there a reason you had two egg whites without the yolk?
What's the broccoli cauliflower bake, exactly? Is it a recipe?
Why does the lamb and beef loaf have so many carbs?
You don't have enough vegetables.
You're at the limit of cheese, assuming there's none in the broc/cauli bake.
Many people do better with less cheese.
I suspect that's not enough calories for you either.
How much water did you have?

Ok first thing yes I am keeping under the 20 grams a day, second I will put them in raw from now on didnt know Newbie but thanks for the advise,
Reason for two eggs with out yoke was to cut down on fat a little,
The broccoli bake is from linda's low carb recipe of broc cauliflower gratin,
Not sure about the lamb loaf having carbs may have been from the herbs in it so probally no carbs in it,
Will try to eat more veggies , thank you
I will cut down on cheese, just one of my favorite foods
Calorie wise it is what I need to eat to meet my goal with my activity level do you think if I eat more it might help?
I drink at least a gallon of water a day.
