    Hello All: This is what I have planned for our second week of induction, please look it over and tell me what you guys think?? Thanks for your time.

    Day 8
    Breakfast:
    3-Egg and Cheese Omelette
    3 Slices Bacon
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Mixed Greens Salad with
    ham
    mushrooms
    tomatoe
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Roast Duck
    16oz H2O

    Day 9
    Breakfast:
    3 Poached Eggs
    3 Slices Bacon
    Steamed Brocolli
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Chicken Salad (just chicken, mayo and seasonings)
    Salad with
    Romaine Lettuce
    Radishes
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs (HBE)
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Chicken Wings
    16oz H2O

    Day 10
    Breakfast:
    Left Over Chicken Salad
    Tomatoe
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Salad with
    Iceburg Lettuce
    Ham
    Turkey
    2 HBE
    Mushrooms
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Cheeseburgers
    16oz H2O

    Day 11
    Breakfast:
    Greek Omelette with
    3 Eggs
    Feta Cheese
    Mushrooms
    Spinach
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Tuna Salad with
    1/2 C Endive
    Tomatoe
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Pork Tenderloin or Cornish Rock Hens
    16oz H2O

    Day 12
    Breakfast:
    3 Scrambled Eggs with
    Salmon
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Salad with
    Iceburg
    Black Olives
    Sardines
    Tomatoes
    EVOO
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Fish with
    steamed Brocolli and cheese sauce
    16oz H2O

    Day 13
    Breakfast:
    HBEs with salt and vinegar
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Chicken Salad(same as above)
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Buffalo Wings
    16oz H2O

    Day 14Breakfast:
    Cucumber Salad (cucumber and sour cream with garlic salt)
    3 Poached Eggs
    16oz H2O
    Lunch:
    Salmon Salad(same as the tuna)
    16oz H2O
    Dinner:
    Meatloaf
    16 oz H2O


    Okay guys, what do you think, sorry I didnt put amounts for my veggies I havent gotten that far in my planning yet. Be Honest with me, I can take it!! Thanks Again.

    I'd say it looks pretty good.

    I would encourage you to spread your veggies out through the day and have some at dinner time too. I'm just thinking that it's probably better for your digestive system to have some veggie fiber in there before you go to bed at night rather than have just a tummy full of buffalo wings, you know?

    I also only see you listing the 3 16oz of water a day...48 oz a day isn't enough..you need to drink at the very least 64 oz, plus 8 oz per 25 pounds you need to lose....but at the very least, get in the 64.

    I see you have a good variety of veggies..that's excellent! :joy I see you mention iceberg lettuce a few times....iceberg is pretty much just chewy water, and you're better off nutritionally to stick with other leafy greens like the romaine or spinach, etc. Once in a while it's fine, but aim more towards the others. :yes

    All in all it looks pretty good. :yes Don't be afraid to snack if you feel peckish between meals.
    As I said, get into fitday and make sure you're ratio's are more or less where they need to be.

      Hello, thank you for reviewing, I am already logging my portions in my journal at Atkins.com, along with all of my carbs. I only showed you the 6 eight ounce glasses with my meals, I do drink more then that during the day, however I dont know that I drink 8oz for every 25lbs I wanna lose. I would like to try and spread my veggies out alittle bit but by the time lunch rolls around, a big salad goes down pretty well, and then I dont have any more allowances for veggies during the day. Any suggestions? Thanks
