  • Induction menu help??

    Breakfast: (I have a stomache sensativity to eggs)

    Burger patty (0)
    Bacon (0)
    Faux hashbrowns (2)

    Lunch:
    Dotties burger scramble florintine (2)
    Salad (2 oz lettuce, 1 oz tomato, 2-3 slices cucumber, 1 tablespoon sugar free dressing) (4)


    Now Im stuck on what to have for diner? Could someone help me out please?

    P.s --- The numbers in brackets are my carb counts, well Linda Sues carb counts
    I'll be 23 next month.
    I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
    If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

    It's always best to double check the carb counts from anywhere.

    Especially if you make any adjustments.

    What do you have available to make for dinner?

      I'm having steak today. Yesterday I had pork chops. I have fish or shrimp or chicken sometimes too. I often have them with sauteed veggies. I seem to never get tired of sauteed veggies.
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        Liv, if i have more veggies with dinner (plus a meat) .. Wont that make to many veggies? I thought I knew this W.O.E inside and out, Ive been off and on it for years , but apparently I dont.....
        I'll be 23 next month.

          For dinner I had the toppings off 2 slices of everything pizza. Its my TOM and I was craving SALTY!

          Tomorrow's dinner will be shrimp with garlic and butter and green beans

          last night I made an omlette with ham and cheese

          hope this helps...

              if you don't have any more veggies for today then don't eat any with dinner you had spinach cauliflower tomato lettuce and cucumber plus any onions you added to any of your recipes. Good job eattting your veggies.

              so it looks like dinner will be a protein and fat.
