After seeing the results I am having with Atkins, my friend also wants to try it out. She is not very overweight, but still wants to start on induction, phase 1.

Next week, when Lent starts, both of us would be cutting out on meat and replacing with protein powder, like whey protein maybe.
So only "Robert Chicken Luncheon Meat" will be replaced with "whey protein" from next week in this menu for her.
