Breakfast:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of shredded grilled chicken
1/4 cup of onion and tomatoes,
2 tablespoons of green onions
1 tablespoons of parsley
( i mixed all of this to make an omelet)
snack:
1 oz sour cream
6 celery sticks (2 inch long, and 1 inch wide)
lunch:
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup of celery (shredded)
1/2 cup of lettuce
1 tablespoon of mayo
1 tablespoon of mustard
dinner:
1 cup of ground beef
2 oz of red peppers
1 cup of lettuce
1/4 cup of tomato
is that enough vegetables, because i know its supposed to be 3 cups of salad or 1 cup of other veggies and 2 cups of salad vegetables.
