  • My Induction Food Log

    Hey Everyone,

Today is my 2nd day on induction. My veggie intake has been really low, but I just got back from the store and that will increase the next couple of days.

Let me know if you seen anything that needs changed

I see nothing other than the lack of vegetables.

Suggestion ... make your egg entry "eggs, whole, raw".

Did you measure the salmon after it was cooked? If not, then you should enter it "raw".

You need to start having vegetables tomorrow ...

It's possible that 10 cups of water isn't enough ... that's only 80 ounces (assuming 8 ounce cups). You should aim for 1/2 your current body weight in ounces of water.

I fixed the egg's thing on fit day.

The salmon was actually out of a can but I did not see that as an option. I'll enter it in sometime.

12 cups of water have not been that difficult and not really kept track like I should but i'll work toward 16 cups.

The store I normally shop at had really bad produce this week that's why no veggies.

Frozen vegetables are a good choice. Very nutritious. Good to have on hand.

"Salmon, canned" is a choice in Fitday.
