The list is in your book ... Chapter 11 of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002)?

Do you make your own food or eat at the cafeteria?

If you need a quick copy of the list of Induction foods:

yeah ive read the list and know the do's and dont's but i was just looking for a sample of what other people eat for meals, like what a good, well rounded meal and day would consist of.

and i do a mix of both on campus food and cooking my own, we have pretty good food options on campus so there are a lot of choices

Do you have a place to cook or are you eating at the cafeteria?

Breakfast on atkins is fairly easy to do at school eggs and any side meat item with a slice of tomato, veggie omlettes, or even a tossed salad with chopped meat and cheese.

lunch coud be a burger with a side salad or some cooked naked veggies ( no breading nor sauces) or a hot lunch from the scholl foods if they have a naked protein source like grilled or baked no breading fish chicken pork or beef. You might want to find out what is in the foods as many pregrilled frozen stuff has sugars added so it wouldn't be legal.

dinner could be just like lunch with steamed grilled or raw naked veggies. you can add your own salad dressing or dip made from legal stuff. things like naked hotwings with bleu cheese and celery would be legal.

I basically precooked many protein sources and then finished them off to suit my tastebuds in a skillet with some fat and spices. thinks like sugarfree blackened fish, taco salad chili grilled pork, chicken and steak and then had whatever I wanted breakfast lunch and dinner as long as it was legal.

if you like to cook checkout cleochatra's blod she has an induction legal dorito made from cheese and zuchinni and a cauliflower pizza.
