You should enter food "raw" when possible. The eggs are an example. Did you measure your cauliflower when it was cooked?

You only have 11 net carbs ... that's really not enough.

You're using up a lot of net carbs on a condiment ... ketchup.

    How much water?

It looked pretty good to me. I think you are right on track there.
Count all your sevings of sweeteners though and remember you are only allowed three sweetener a day. So the saccarin in your coffee should be counted as a carb, sweetner in ketchup as sweetener. Coffee should be included in your list on fitday.

The think to keep an eye on is that most your carbs come from net veggies.

      Good job.

Oh....COUNTING the sweetner in the ketchup. It didn't occur to me. THANKS you guys. I use liquid saccharin in the morning coffee and only have one cup per day. Otherwise I really try to avoid it. I used to use and ABuse diet soda to the point where it really almost makes me sick. I have never drunk nondiet soda so that wasn't a problem.

I drink at least 110 oz of water every day. I have a big QT 54 oz cup which I drink at least 2 of daily so I know I'm getting enough water.

That ketchup is a problem for me. Obviously I like the sweet flavor of it. I like tomatoey anything though. I do have some fresh salsa with all natural, noncarby ingredients I could try to learn to love as much.

Yes, the cauliflower is measured after cooking. I mash it down so I get the absolute MOST for my "1 cup".

Thank you so much for the guidance!

        Have a great day.
        Peace,
        Carrie
