Here is what I have had today .....
a hard boiled egg and a half of a slice of plain celery - breakfast
an atkins carmel , peanut, chocolate , nougought bar - snack -box says it is ok for all phases and it has 3 net carbs .....MMMMMM
Lunch I had a small salad ( lettuce, eggs, cheese, califlour, radishes , and cucumbers), with a tbsp of ranch dressing
and a left over bacon cheesburger ( obviously no bread, just burger , onions american cheese and bacon
this afternoon i had a stalk of celery with natural peanut butter and another hard boild egg
I have had 2 glasses of sugar free koolaid - ( No carbs)
not sure whats for supper , its 4:30 now and i am really not too hungary, but if i skip i am afraid i will want to graze....
So Please let me know how it looks , anything I can fix, add ...ect....
I kicked my caffeine the first 2-3 days ... doing ok now but I am thinking of heading out to look at the labels on diet rootbeer ..... Just something better than water and this koolaid ... Thanks all as of Day 4 in the morning I had lost 5 lbs...
