    This is my first day in the 14-day induction. Here is my menu...can someone review...I think I need more veggies

      Why low fat mayo? We need and want the fat.

      You should enter your food in the raw state as much as possible. For example, your scrambled eggs. Did you start with real eggs? Then you should enter "egg, whole, raw".

      Fitday adds ingredients to the cooked food entries.

      Country Crock isn't Atkins friendly. You should use real butter.

      Dill relish isn't 0 carbs. It's made from pickles, which have carbs.

      Was the American cheese "real" or did it come in it's own plastic wrapper.

      American cheese is very processed, and isn't "ideal" on Atkins. Cheddar is better.

      You don't have enough calories, if that's your whole day.

      Around 2000 calories would probably be good for you.

      As to vegetables, did you have 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the second?

        Great you have you here.

        Your mayo is really bad. A mayo with more carbs than fat is not great. You need to read the ingredient list. It has corn starch as one of its major ingredients (to make up for the fact that it cut out eggs) - not really edible stuff

        Why so little meat - hardly any ham and one oz of pork chop is like one mouthful. You need to eat more than that.

          You've gotten some great advice, but please don't eat 4 Slim Jims;-) There are healthier sources of protein.

          You need a couple of cups of salad greens in there, and more healthy fats.
