Here goes my first menu.
Breakfast: Wheat bran cookie (1 tbsp bran, 1 egg, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp gaseoso, nutmeg, cinnamon, 1 paq. sweetener) 1 c. cucumber with olive oil
MM: Pork rinds 8 g with butter 18 g
Lunch: ½ avocado, 1 egg, 2 sausages (without sugar or “osas”), black coffee. Vitamins
MA: Pork cracklings 5 g
Dinner: cockles 62 g, lettuce 1 cup, olive oil, omegas

I didn't know that the avocado didn't count, therefore I didn't do it properly today either because I had the half for breakfast.
