  • My menu? A ok?

    For breakfast I've been having 1-2 eggs scrambled with a little olive oil, and a few slices of tomato.

    I have two snacks during the day, a few pieces of bacon and an Atkins bar or shake (the ones that are ok for all phases).

    Lunch I'll have a large salad (mostly just lettuce and cucumbers) with grilled chicken.

    And for dinner I'll have some veggies, sometimes a stick of string cheese, and a can of tuna.

    I believe that its all ok, but I've been feeling a little faint.

    I've also consume 2-4 shots of espresso each day with a little half and half and a sweetener.

    I think the faintness is due to not drinking enough water.

    I run 3 miles a day and walk/bike everywhere as I don't have a car and have a very active job.

    I don't think you are getting enough food either
    You seem to be low on protein and fat
    I suggest plugging your food into FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and see how it comes out.

    Drop the Atkins bar - they are just trouble and stallers for many

    And drink water

    Good job on veggies.

      The Atkins bar may be OK for all phases, but the ndr that is used on these boards, doesnt accept the bars. They go by what is on the acceptable food list. Please dont be offended, just FYI.
