    My menu

Stayed up pretty late last night out with friends, so I slept until about noon today. When I woke up, I had 3 scrambled eggs with 4 slices bacon, and a Diet Rite cola. Then for a snack, or a light lunch, I had a string cheese and a cup of cucumbers. For supper I'm having a Hardee's low carb burger, and a cup of broccoli cooked in olive oil. How does this look? I'm still in my first few days of clean Induction, and I just want to make sure I'm doing things right.
Oh yeah, and about 2 liters of water so far.
Let me know, and thanks ahead of time!

    Hey Sj!

Looks pretty good. I think you are about a cup short of salad veggies though..........I have a hard time with that a lot of times too. Although I dunno are there veggies on the hardees burger? That might bring you up a little closer.

Also, on the burger you might want to make sure there isn't any "special sauce" or ketchup. Mustard and mayo are okay. There aren't Hardee's here where I live, so I am not sure what all the low-carb burgers have with 'em.

    Hope this helps!

There is a sticky thread on the 14-day induction forum with many fast-food outlets' nutrition info so you can check on carbs etc beforehand

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
