  • Please review my 1st day of Induction Menu

Today I have had 92 oz of water + 1 hour of brisk walking....

    B: 2 hard boiled eggs
    L: 1c. lettuce
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/2tbspn olive oil
    1/2 tbspn vinegar
    3oz canned water tuna
    1oz cheddar
    D: 1 c. lettuce
1/2 c. mushrooms sauteed in 1 tbspn butter
    1 hard boiled egg
    3.5 oz broiled salmon
    1 tbspn olive oil
    1 tbspn vinegar
    1.5 oz blue cheese

...my stats on fit day were 65% fat, 3% carb and 32% protein...

This felt like A LOT OF FOOD...a lot more than I'm used to...so first off how is this for my first day? and also what's the best way to not be so full but still get enough fat, protein and carbs

Your menu looks great. If eating three meals per day makes you feel full, why not try spreading your foods throughout the day. More frequent but smaller meals may help to alleviate that too full sensation.

You only eat as much to satisfy your hunger and not feel "stuffed". Since you've been on a high protein/low carb diet, you are already in ketosis and the appetite suppression of it is already working for you.

Remember Atkins is a high fat/low carb diet. So, you might choose to not eat eggs with every meal to keep you from feeling "stuffed".
