    Could someone check my menu?

Hi Everyone! Im on week 2 of induction, just wanted to check in and make sure Im doing it right? I haven't touched the scales!

B: 2 oz grilled chicken and a mozz string cheese
    32 oz water

L: 2 cups garden green salad, 1 oz cheese, 2 tbsp ranch, 2 oz cucumber, hamburger patty.

    D: 5 oz pork tenderloin
    3/4 cup steamed broccoli

Snack: 1 svg pepperoni, 1 stalk of celery, 10 green olives, 1 oz cheese

Does that look right? Enough cals? Im so used to low cal meals, Ive had to make a real effort to eat enough. Thanks!

ok, first off make sure to spread your veggies out for the day. Also 2 oz chicken? seems like not enough food at all. More water. Other than that I would say it looks ok.

I agree, I think you need more food. You don't want to be in starvation mode. If you don't use it already, check out www.fitday.com. It's free and you can enter everything you eat, exercise, etc. What's nice is you can see at a glance if you're eat 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs which is what we strive for on induction.

I agree; EAT MORE (tough diet, huh??) :yes

You're doing great, although limit those high sodium snacks like pepperoni and olives ... they can cause water retention!

Keep up the good work! (Hope you're exercising too!)

          :joy
