This is my basic menu, I lost 70lbs on Atkins before with about the same meals so I am pretty sure it will work for me again
I just wanted to see if anyone had any tips or sees anything that can be improved.
Breakfast:
1 Really big scrambled egg
2 slices of bacon
2 sausage patties (small)
Lunch:
Chicken Salad with mayo
2 Cups Lettuce, some sprinkled cheese and bacon bits (the real stuff)
Dinner:
2 8oz strip steaks
1 cup of spaghetti squash
3 tablespoons of butter
Today I have drank about 100oz of water and will get another 40-60oz down by the end of the day. not the best but not that bad.
