  • Please check my first ever day for me........

    breakfast - 1 fried egg and 2 sausage

    lunch - raw cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, spring onion and chicken

    tea - bacon and cauliflower with melted cheese

    lots of water.

    2 decaf coffees with cream and sweetner

    What do you think? am I on the right lines?

      Always nice to know the quantity as well as the quality of what you are eating to give you an accurate assessment of what you are doing. :yes

        This looks vaguely along the right lines, but we definitely need to know the quantities.

        Both cauliflower and cabbage are on the 1 cup veggie list, so did you have 1/2 cup of each? Or did you go over?
        What constitutes 'lots of water'?

        There's a sticky in this forum that says how to post your menu...have a read, and then re-post...and we'll see how you're doing! :yes
