          i seem to always be between 2 and 3 pounds over goal. but during this last challenge i've lost over 4 inches. so the couple of pounds is an okay trade off. i think that means i got more muscle than i had before.

          rock hard abs oh yeah baby! what a hoot! lolololol

          and thanks for the compliments you girlie girls! we're all getting there together!
