Thank you Everyone!

I sincerely appreciate everyone's kind thoughts, It's a great motivator to me and all, I hope. I'm awed by everyone's weight loss success. This weekend, I amazed myself, In the old days I'd grab a pint of Haagen Daz or Entenamenn's donuts (Or Both) for treats, Over the long weekend, I kept craving good carbs instead. So I finally threw out my old fat clothes, I kept them for a long time, In fear that I may need them again. One of the items I kept was the suit jacket in the picture (b4) at my Daughters College Graduation, Size 54, I'm now wearing a 38 jacket, I can almost wrap my car in the old suit jacket.
Again my thanks, And hope that we all continue reaching our goals.
