The before is Christmas of 2004 I do not know what I weighed then but I know it was at least 212 probably more.
The after was me today. At 177 pounds

Wow! :yikes Your after picture could be your end-of-the-road after picture! You carry your weight really well -- look how skinny your waist is! And your jaw line is so.... chiseled (but not in a masculine way)!!
Good job! You should be vary proud...I couldn't imagine you wanting to lose anymore

Wow, your progress is very inspiring. You look beautiful and your face just glows! The confidence you show in your smile and your stance speak for how much better you must feel. Keep it up!
I still have quite a bit to lose. Most of my weight is in my hips and thighs which this picture doesn't really show(thankfully!). I mostly see the difference in my face.

Checkers-I think it's the exercise. I haven't lost that much weight since I started exercising but my shape has changed more since I started exercising.

Shape changing is much more important than scale changing. I've been seeing that dramatically lately with the running.
You may need to be rethinking your ultimate goal. I'm starting to. But just get to where you are comfortable and re-evaluate. I'd never say, "Oh, you don't need to lose 40 more pounds!" or whatever number, because it drives me bananas when people say it to me.
Great job!
Jim
Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?

Thanks Jim, I know I am not comfortable at the size I am at. I was pretty comfortable in a size 7/8 but 14/16 no way. When I was a size 7/8 I was at about 130. I would say my ultimate goal is to be a size 6. I was happy when I was at that size (only for about 3 months) Well see I guess when I get there.

Just keep in mind you may be a size 6 at 150 (or whatever). Because of the exercise you are heavier but smaller. The pants I'm wearing now at 290 I was wearing before at 270ish, and I'm almost ready for another size drop.
My last bf% analysis showed 212 pounds of lean tissue, my goal is less than that. For me something needs to be rethought.
You know what you need to do, and your obviously doing it.
