I started Atkins on April 11, 2005. I fell of the wagon for a week in May because a family member was getting married and there was no way I was gonna miss out on the wedding cake and fruit plates.

Can you even tell that I lost 11" all around? At least I can say I'm not a size 16 anymore. I'm now an 8Petite. I still have a goal to loose 20 more lbs in the next 5 or so months
Maybe I should take a picture in that same stripe shirt outfit to make better comparison?
I think I should also go back to keeping a food journal. I'm still using the ketone strips and I haven't been in ketosis in nearly 3 days! I couldn't imagine what I may have eaten that I wasn't in ketosis. Then today, I looked at the limon flavored pork rinds that my hubby got me. Ingredients: SUGAR. Damn.
