Well I personally think you look amazing the way you are now, anything more lost can only be an improvement on a great foundation. ha

getting on a tredmill helped my weight loss go by faster. there was once upon a time I was loosing almost 10 lbs a week by being on induction and running 30 minutes a day.

Yeah definitely any cardio you can get in there try and do it. You will speed up your loss greatly just by exercising.

Welcome Star....I refuse to add the Fat part, because you just aren't! But we all have a goal, and your's sounds reasonable. Why do you want to lose it by then? Special date? Function? The best way to lose weight isn't always the fastest...slow and steady often helps keep it off. But staying in induction...which is under 20 g. of carbs for longer than two weeks is a good way so long as you slow down when you get closer to goal. Start a journal in the journal section, and post your menus and daily exercises. There are plenty of folks who've lost alot there. Also post your menu's in the menu forum, and they will critique and help. Best of luck!

Welcome! :wave Yes, I agree. Exercise definitely speeds up the weight loss and tones up the body. I walk 4 miles a day, do weights 3 x a week and swim as much as possible.

Keep us posted on your progress. Everyone here is cheering you on and wants to see you reach your goal. If you have any questions - just ask!
