Katy you look great! Keep up the great work. I need to lose 20lbs before school starts back up in August. How much exercise did you do with it? :icondance
I have been doing about 4 times a week - 30 minutes on the treadmill walking/jogging no slower than 4 miles per hour and when I am jogging at anywhere between 6 - 7 mph. Then I do 10 minutes on the bike, 20 reps on the inner thigh weights, 20 reps on the outer thigh weights, 20 reps on the bicep curl weights, and 3 lots of 20 sit ups. Its hard work, but it's really paying off!!! :yes
