Has anyone tried the Popeye's Naked 1 carb per strip Chicken strips? I've incorporated it into my fast food Atkins plan when I'm flying around the country. I have that for lunch along with a Wendy's Mediterranean Salad as Breakfast/Brunch, and later TGIF Bunless Burgers w/ cheese. I drink plenty of water and I have a dessert of Au Bon Pain Decaf French Roast with 4 splenda ( I like it SWEET) and 3 T of cream. I figure I get down about 30 or 40 carbs for the day. I'm still loosing inches.
I nit pick every once in awhile on Craisins or a couple of goldfish...mostly cuz my toddler sticks them in my mouth because she wants to 'share' :confused . I don't think there's harm in eating less than a quarter handful of this stuff, right?

incidently, I had been waiting patiently for this day of ice cream to indulge. But when the time came to order, I couldn't bear the heavy wiff of sugar and cream all around me. It made me a little nauseaous and Thirsty for water! So I didn't get ice cream like I planned. But I did have a taste here and there of everyone else's....READ: LESS THAN 3 OZ.
The following day, my hubby took this pix of me:
so that is me NOW. This was me 3 months ago...in the pin stripe white shirt in the middle of my skinny cousins:
and last year in March 3 days after giving birth.My all time high:185lbs!
Excuse the blur...I was breastfeeding my newborn in it.
Thoughts? Comments?
