    183 down - 5 to go!

    I thought I had better post some updated photos to honor the new site and my new look (sans goatee and 3 more pounds this week). I don't like the photo yet, but after 7 years of facial hair, I am sure it will take a bit.

                    Of course you realize, don't you, that "Atkins is just a fad" and doesn't help you lose weight.....
