I just wanted to post this, althought I've only lost about 20ibs I've lost a lot of inches from the gym and I know there is a big difference in my face so I'll give the url to my first post HERE and now here is the progress shot. Feedback anyone?

You're such a pretty young woman! I can definately see a difference. Twenty pounds lost is a really good accomplishment. I think you should be very proud of yourself.

First off...you were always a gorgeous girl...now, you can definitely see a big difference!! 20lbs is nothin to sneeze at! GReat Job!!!
