Please tell me what is your workout routine? You are losing weight at a good pace. I need to start back. I started last year and I quit because the weight loss was so slow. I tried to do the Sadkhin complex but it is really extreme.

Sat and Sun--1 hr taebo ultimate advanced ab workout Tues and Wed--3-4 mile walk Mon,Thur, Fri--3 mile run and maybe one or more of the following; 150-200 crunches 100 sit-ups 3-5 miles on exercise bike 1.5-3 miles on elliptical strength training

Could you please post a day's worth of meals you usually eat. I know everyone is different and I am older than you but I would like to see what you eat and see if I can get as close to the results you are having.
