    Thank You!

    Hello Everyone,

    I just wanted to thank everyone, and anyone who has posted a successful or continuing weight loss photo! I've been viewing the photo's here for over a year before i finally got off my butt to do something. It's taken me two and a half months to loose 30lbs and i feel great! I have to say this Atkins diet wasn't easy for me but i stuck to it and so far it has paid off. I'm always amazed at the before and after pictures posted here and i really think more people should post in this forum. Again, thank you for posting your pictures, they helped me out in the toughest times.

                You look great! Now, you are doing for people what they did for you! Looking at your picture who could not be inspired. AND..... only one pound from Goal! Looking for that success story!!!!
