I really can't see much of a difference, but I have lost 27 pounds and down 2 pant sizes and a notch on my belt. I feel the best I have felt in a long time.

Thanks everyone, I have tried off and on for the last 5 years to lose weight, but it seems I just keep gaining. I was badly hooked on soft drinks, I could drink a couple 2 liters in a day by myself. When I stuck to the diet and made it thru the sugar withdraw, I could not believe how well I felt.249/246/185

Looking better! Might I suggest a bit of upper body weight work to fill out your chest/shoulders? This is the best strategy for making ones waist look thinner for a guy...misdirection.
