thanks very much for the kind words all. im very anxious to move to december time so i can post full body "after shots"... lol.

my start pics still really hurt... but with every pound i lose, the person in those pics fades away and gets a little close to no longer existing...

Just took this snap shot on my webcam... assuming I dont gain weight overnight, I will be at my 10lbs mark tomorrow in 3 weeks time!

by the way... somebody take down the day and time... im almost smiling in a pic... lol

I think I am going to break my own rule and get updated full body shots every 10lbs... so tomorrow I will break out the camera and do just that... same shorts... same fur... different underwear though

Great transformation, Erik!~ Your upper body is showing a great change in definition Woo hooo! Hey, look at you standing up so tall and proud at -18 pounds, in 5 weeks, no less! I'll try not to grumble to loudly (men, they always lose faster. 18 pounds in 5 weeks and it's taken me 2 months and 2 days to ditch 19...grrrrr) lol.
